Accounts must not be shared between multiple unrelated parties without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or fraudulent registration.
Our services are intended to be used for public-facing content and profiles that you own or are authorized to promote. You may not use SMM Perfekt to target accounts you do not have permission to promote.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or the intended order flow of the panel.
All orders are prepaid using your account balance. Funds added to your balance are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Prices displayed in the catalog may change at any time without notice; orders already placed are honored at the price paid at the time of purchase.
Estimated start times and delivery windows shown per service are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. Delivery speed can vary based on platform conditions outside our control.
Services marked with a refill window will be topped back up automatically if the delivered count drops within that window, subject to the eligibility rules on the service page.
SMM Perfekt is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including account actions taken by third-party platforms.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or abuse the platform in a way that harms other customers or our infrastructure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Remaining balance handling on closure is addressed on a case-by-case basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SMM Perfekt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
